Next Day and Next Day AM delivery options are available on orders placed Monday to Thursday up to 3.00pm GMT on the day the order is placed. You can select your delivery option at Checkout Step 3 of the checkout process. (Please note, working days are classed as Monday through to Friday. We do not deliver Saturdays by Courier) Orders placed on Thursdays after our 3pm cut-off will be delivered the following Monday
Free delivery on all orders of £100.00 or above when opting for our standard delivery option which takes approx 1-2 days (except Highlands, N Ireland & Islands)
Most deliveries are made within 48hrs of ordering (unless next day/next day am has been selected) and will be delivered by either Royal Mail or by DPD our designated Courier. The delivery method used is based on the value of the order. (however please allow 5-7 days for unforeseen circumstances)
It is imperative we receive your email address when placing an order so we can send you details of the expected delivery times for your parcel.
European Delivery Cost
Graphics Direct now offer European Delivery service to the following Countries:-
EU Zone 1 cost £12.00 to France, Germany, Belgium, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
EU Zone 2 cost £16.95 to Denmark, Austria.
EU Zone 3 cost £18.00 to Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Czech Republic.
EU Zone 4 cost £27.95 to Portugal, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Sweden
EU Zone 5 cost £37.95 to Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.
EU Zone 2C cost £46.95 (includes countries import Tax) Liechtenstein, Switzerland
EU Zone 5C cost £67.95 (includes countries import tax) Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iceland, Norway.
Orders will be shipped on the date of purchase (up to 3.00pm GMT) and will take approx 3 – 5 working days to deliver. You will be emailed a tracking number that will give you an estimated time of arrival of your parcel.
Please note that most courier deliveries (business addresses) will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. In the event of a customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a re-delivery at a later date or to be collected from the nearest parcel company depot.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners.
Terms for Delivery
Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Graphics Direct Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in delivery howsoever caused.
Standard delivery is a 1-2 day service. We do offer Next Day and Next Day AM on orders made before the following cut off times subject to stock availability. (Please note certain items are not eligible for next day or next day am as these are shipped direct from manufacturers and is out of our control) These are clearly marked on the product descriptions.
Orders that require next day or next day am need to be placed before these cut off times.

Terms
Unless you order and collect the goods from our trade counter, we will deliver them in accordance with your order.
A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to charge our standard carriage rate of £5.50 on all orders that are returned to sender and require re-delivery unless evidence is provided that our couriers have neglected to deliver the goods within the chosen delivery timeframe.
Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your own risk.
In spite of the delivery having been made, title in the goods shall not pass to you until you have paid the price of the goods in full and no other sums whatsoever shall be due to us from you.
Until title in the goods passes from us, you shall hold the goods on a fiduciary basis as bailee and shall store the goods at your own cost seperately from all other goods in your possession and markered in such a way that they are clearly identified as our property.
Goods Availability
Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, there may be on occasion times when we are out of stock of a certain items. We will backorder this item for you and dispatch the item when they come back into stock.
