Q. Who Are Graphics Direct?

A. Graphics Direct was set up in 1998 to give students and professionals access to quality Graphic Design materials at affordable prices. With discounts of up to 70% off retail prices you will be amazed at the savings you can make.

Q. Is Your Website Secure For Credit Card Transactions?

A. The Graphics Direct website incorporates a 128 Bit Encrypted Secure Server. This means that all the data you provide is safe and secure.

Q. How Do I Buy Online From Your Website?

A. Simply click on the main categories on the left hand side of the page and then a sub category list will appear. Click on the product areas that you are interested and then add to basket. You can also search for products you require by using the search facility. If you require more information on that product before purchasing then simply click on the INFO button and a larger image and in many cases a longer description will appear. Add the product to the basket then either continue shopping to buy more products or go to the checkout. You will then be asked to enter your name and address (if you have not registered) and also a delivery address if this is different to the invoice address. Choose your method of payment and follow the payment instructions.

Q. How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

A. We have various delivery options. If the product you require is in stock you have the option to upgrade your order to a guaranteed next day delivery and even a next day morning delivery. This applies to mainland uk but does not include Highlands and Islands. Standard delivery is 1-2 days. Please note not all products are available for next day delivery and are marked accordingly.

Q. Do You Have To Be A Member To Buy From Graphics Direct?

A. NO you don’t have to be a member to buy from us. The reason we have a members section is so you don’t have to enter your details every time you want to purchase from us. There are however other advantages of being a member. We let you know about special offers before anyone else. And often have special prices that only members can access.

Q. Can I use multiple vouchers/Discount Codes?

A. No only one voucher can be used per order and we cannot retrospectively apply discounts once an order has been placed

Q. Will My Details Be Used For Marketing Purposes?

A. We do not pass your details on to any third party organisations however we use email to send order confirmation, delivery tracking and VAT invoice receipts. You will also receive Special Offers and Newsletters from Graphics Direct from time to time via email or post. Should you wish to opt out you can do this one of two ways. Email: sales@graphicsdirect.co.uk and we will remove you or simply click on the unsubscribe link in the email campaigns and your details will be removed permanently

Q. GDPR Compliance?

A. GDL Supplies/graphicsdirect.co.uk only use your email to send you order confirmation, order tracking details, order review, VAT invoices and receipts and details of our special offers.

Q. What does Pre-Order mean?

A. If we run out of stock rather than not being able to buy a product we give a "Back in Stock Date" and the option to pre-order. The due back in stock date is only a guide and can change depending on manufacturer lead times. You will be able to complete your order and pay for the goods but the system will then prompt you that your order cannot be completed in full and we will back order those items currently out of stock. When those items become available we will ship them on.

Q. Damaged Parcels

A. We take great care to pack all items sufficiently to arrive in perfect order but on occasion damage can occur. You must report damage within 24 hours so we can start the claims procedure with DPD. Take photographs of the packaging and contents and email them to sales@graphicsdirect.co.uk along with your order number. We will then arrange collection of the goods and a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable

Q. How Do I Return My Item?

A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your delivery and return it to us with this form filled out within 14 days for exchange or refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items.

To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us. 

If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.

The goods must be returned at the cost of the customer unused and in their original packaging to the following address:-

Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money less any carriage charges within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
