How can you improve on great service. I do not know. My order was acknowledged by email, and when despatched notified of the delivery date to my phone, and reminded on delivery date with an approximate time for delivery. Delivery arrived within two minutes of the delivery hour that I was given. How can you beat that for service?"

I cannot think of any suggestions as to how your company could improve your service – how do you improve on perfection?
My daughter needed a portfolio for her A level studies. We had no idea of what we were looking for so we turned to Google where we came across many different makes of portfolio. It was very difficult to see exactly what we were buying until we found your little product videos – simply brilliant.
The price was excellent value – half the price of a well known high street stationers who carried a similar portfolio.
I was also impressed with your order and delivery. Emails at every stage to let me know what was going on, I received the portfolio within a couple of days, and most impressively, I was given an option to change delivery to a time that suited me. The portfolio arrived on time and was well packaged and exactly what we needed.
I would not hesitate to use your company again – it was pleasure to deal with you."

How rare is it to be given a delivery date, even better the option to change it to suit yourself with no more than a couple of clicks of the mouse, to be given an e-mail on the day to give a one hour delivery window was unexpected and very welcome.

I was confident when I placed my order with yourselves that the Orchard Priory Deluxe A1 drawing board would meet my requirements, as a solid item of office equipment for my home study. What maybe wasn’t readily apparent from the photos on your site was just how well made this product is. I am more than satisfied with my new board and I can promise you that it will serve many years of use whilst I work from home (I am an architectural technologist and also studying part time for my degree at Southampton Solent University).
I was also very very satisfied with the delivery of my drawing board. I had carefully read the notes associated with your drawing board supplies and was anticipating a 4 or 5 day period for manufacture, followed by a 1 to 2 day delivery time which, living and working on the Isle of Wight, I honestly expected to be 3 to 4 days minimum. My order was placed on the Monday afternoon so realistically I was expecting delivery to be somewhere around this coming Wednesday. I received my order on Friday lunchtime. Outstanding !!

When I think back 20 years ago to what I was paying for a Double Action Airbrush and what I’ve got here I am simply amazed. I know it’s all made in Taiwan but what isn’t these days?
