Description
Do you have a passion for video games? Why play when you can create! On this course you will learn the skills to design, build and animate 3D characters and working game levels using the Unreal Development Kit (UDK). Using the latest equipment and software, you will be taught by a team who have worked for the world’s biggest game companies, from Rockstar Games to Microsoft. Alongside learning advanced technical skills you will also stretch your imagination, developing your own game ideas. Previous students have gone on to work for Pixar in San Francisco and TT Games, creators of Lego Star Wars and Harry Potter games. On the first year of the course you will be enrolled on the BTEC 90 Credit Diploma and upon successful completion you may be able to progress to the 2nd year of the BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production.
