Secure Online Payments
With Graphics Direct your personal details safety is guaranteed because we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us.
You may pay for your orders using one of the methods below. We do not store any personal financial information provided to us while making a payment, nor do we share this information with 3rd parties.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Sagepay secure Debit & Credit Card payments.
You can pay securely using all major credit and debit cards with our Sagepay secure system.
You can instantly and securely make payment with your Paypal account or checkout using a Credit Card.
If you wish to make a Payment via BACS please request a Proforma invoice and we will send you one across with our bank details attached.
If you already have a credit account set up with us you can checkout with a Purchase Order. Please make sure you insert a Purchase order number in the relevant field. Please note we do operate a minimum invoiced value of £50.00 due to administration costs.
Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be used on Special Offer items or Bundle items where an extra discount has already been applied.
We take the utmost care to ensure that your order is extremely well packaged to ensure that it arrives safely as well as promptly.
We also believe that we have a responsibility to our environment and as such we re-use boxes and packaging materials wherever possible.
Most of our orders are delivered to UK addresses within 2 days using our standard delivery service at a cost of £4.99. We base our delivery charges on Royal Mail and Courier rates. Channel Islands, N Ireland and Scottish Highlands orders will have to be quoted for Delivery separately due to the different cost implications. Please see our Delivery section for more info.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your delivery and return it to us with the returns form (downloadable at the bottom of this section) filled out within 14 days for exchange or refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and preferably signed for as damaged with the courier on receipt of the goods. Damaged goods can only be returned or refunded within 7 working days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.
If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.

We guarantee to acknowledge your complaint within 3 days and aim to resolve the matter completely within 7 days.
Your Cancellation Rights
If you wish to cancel your order you have the right to cancel your order, for any reason, within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. The goods should be returned to the following address at the cost of the customer:
